ParentMail is a vital part of the school's communications with home. Please ensure you are signed up to this excellent free facility and don't end up missing out on important information.

All new Hamilton Academy parents are provided with ParentMail registration details by the school office when their child starts school but if you think you may have forgotten to register, please ask for the information form the school office anytime. If you registered a few years ago and you've noticed you're now not getting our emails, please do check that the school has your correct up-to-date personal email address.
Attention all parents! Communicating with you is an important part of what we do, making sure you get the correct information about activities, events and school news that really matters is something we care about.
As you know, the school uses ParentMail, a service used by over 6,000 schools, nurseries and children’s clubs to communicate to parents.

NOTE: You will only be sent communications directly relevant to your child/children as the system allows us to specifically select the reciepient group on each outbound email, so you will NOT be bombarded with lots of emails about irrelevant activities - we promise!
For those without a phone/tablet/computer to access email, the school office will continue to print out the ParentMails and distribute them via the bookbags but as you can imagine, for environmental, financial and efficiency reasons the school office would like to encourage all parents to PLEASE ENSURE they are receiving their ParentMails directly to their personal email accounts so that as soon as possible, old-fashioned paper communications can become a thing of the past here at Hamilton Academy!
